Victas VJ 07 Limber is a table tennis rubber designed for players who want a more flexible, forgiving contact feel. The Limber sponge is the standout feature: in practical terms, a softer, more elastic sponge can make the ball feel easier to work with, especially when you are focusing on placement, touch shots and controlled topspin.

That makes this rubber appealing if you like a bit of dwell and want your strokes to feel less demanding on contact. It should also suit players who value a rubber that is easier to handle in fast rallies, where clean timing and confidence on the ball matter just as much as raw pace.

What the construction means on court

Victas has paired the VJ 07 Limber concept with a design that prioritises spin-oriented play and a balanced, approachable feel. The main practical benefit of a limber sponge is that it can help you access spin with less effort, while still giving you enough feedback to place the ball accurately. For many club players, that combination is useful on both the forehand and backhand side.

Because the rubber is not presented as an ultra-hard, aggressive option, it may appeal more to all-round and attacking players who want control first, then enough response to step up the pace when the rally opens up. That makes it a sensible consideration for players refining technique, or for anyone who prefers a more forgiving rubber under pressure.

Who it suits

If you are building a table tennis setup and want a rubber that feels easier to engage, the VJ 07 Limber is a strong candidate. It is especially relevant for players who like controlled topspin, varied touch play and a more comfortable feel on the ball rather than a very stiff, direct response.

The available Red and Black versions make it easy to match your blade setup and playing side. If you want a Victas table tennis rubber that leans towards control, spin and a softer touch, this model is worth considering.

Specifications
